This is a key leadership role where you'll directly influence profitability, operational excellence and the continuous growth of our business. You'll oversee multiple departments including production, materials, engineering and facility management, driving strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.But that's not all! Being responsible for engineering will give you the opportunity to directly influence our product development strategy, which will directly contribute to our success moving forward. Here's what you'll own:
  • · Drive Operational Performance: Lead the Montreal operations to maximize profitability by optimizing production, managing costs, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • · Accelerate Product Development: Partner closely with sales and engineering to streamline manufacturing readiness while supporting innovation that brings new products to market faster.
  • · Champion Continuous Improvement: Leverage ATS (ATS Business Model) to implement lean initiatives and process enhancements across departments to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • · Build & Develop Teams: Cultivate a high-performing culture by developing your teams through targeted training, strong leadership, and clear accountability.
  • · Strategic Collaboration & Compliance: Align operations with company strategy, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards while fostering cross-functional partnerships.

  • · Bi-lingual, English and French are a benefit
  • · Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi-disciplined development teams, managing schedules and priorities.
