- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years focused on commerce, billing, or financial platforms at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, finance, risk, and operations.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, extensible platforms, and complex system design.
- Data-driven decision maker with a track record of defining KPIs and measuring platform success.
- Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SaaS, large-scale platforms, or multi-product ecosystems.
- Deep experience with Agile and related agile tooling, such as, Jira
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Platform Leadership: Previous leadership of platform migrations or unification efforts.
- ERP & Financial Integration: Experience integrating core billing engines with downstream financial systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Workday for automated revenue recognition.
- Global Tax Compliance: Familiarity with global tax engines (e.g., Avalara, Vertex) and the regulatory requirements of "Invoiced Billing" in international markets (VAT, GST, etc.).
- AI/ML Product Literacy: Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions for financial or data-heavy domains, such as predictive revenue forecasting, automated discrepancy resolution, or LLM-integrated developer documentation.
- SaaS/CPQ Knowledge: Familiarity with the "Quote-to-Cash" ecosystem, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools and how they interface with a core catalog.
