- Monitor and document research status and findings.
- employee will document and compile findings in tabular form, and write periodic summaries of findings.
- Assist with duties related to the production of articles, publications, reports and presentations.

- Assist in preparing articles, publications, reports and presentations.

- Prepare materials for submission to research funding agencies and foundations.
- assist PI with preparation of materials in support of grants and funding opportunities as needed.
- Assist in seeking publication opportunities for the research team.
- Locate relevant calls for papers and other non-academic knowledge mobilization venues for dissemination of findings.
- Honours or Graduate student with academic training and experience in social sciences including: Criminology, Criminal Justice, Environmental Studies, Geography, Indigenous Studies, or other related fields/disciplines with a substantive focus on environmental justice, policing, and security studies.
- Qualitative Analysis.
- Qualitative Field Research/Ethnography.
- Experience with interviewing and participant recruitment.
- Familiarity with MS Excel is an asset.
- Familiarity with Trint is an asset.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
