THE ROLEThey’re seeking a uniquely creative and design-savvy Architectural Designer (Intern or Registered Architect) with 3–8 years of experience to join their team. This is a key opportunity for someone who brings exceptional design acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to create original, contextually rich architecture.
RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to concept design and early-stage explorationDevelop high-quality drawing packages from schematic design through constructionProduce visually compelling presentation materials, renderings, and diagramsParticipate in design reviews, client meetings, and consultant coordinationWork closely with the principal and design team to refine architectural visionSupport detailing and documentation to carry strong concepts through execution
REQUIREMENTS3–7 years of post-graduation architectural experienceDegree in Architecture; Intern Architect AIBC or Registered Architect preferredA portfolio that shows refined design thinking and originalityStrong proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in high-end residential or small-scale multi-family projectsExcellent communication, visualization, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with BC codes, permitting processes, and detailing best practices
