
Senior Strategy Manager (Community)

- Overall program management and transformation of our Community approach within our technician field teams - driving service penetration, improving local customer engagement while maintaining productivity and service quality
- You'll be continuously consulting and collaborating with marketing teams to develop improvements to the sales process and closing tools
- In addition, you'll project manage a roadmap of enablement & improvement initiatives - providing requirements for development teams AND working with our go-to-market primes to rollout changes to field teams and vendors
- As results come in, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing results, so that you can develop executive recommendations which you will present to leadership and stakeholders
- Regularly meeting with stakeholders to debrief on successes/opportunities and take action on key gaps and areas of opportunity identified
- Effectively build and manage channel support needs against priorities to ensure optimal impact given limited resources, changing competitive landscape
- Known for your ability to bring information forward, you are known as a Storyteller who can draw insights from data and make recommendation to senior level audience
- Experience establishing and maintaining cross functional relationships (development teams, marketing, customer experience, technical support)
- Ability to analyze data, in order to prioritize and develop transformational programs and influence results / KPI performance
- Demonstrated financial acumen, assessing unit economics and developing business cases
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and data analysis skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with problem solving skills and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to take ownership and proactively address challenges and issues
- Must be able and willing to travel
- A University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative discipline
- 5 +years of consulting or program management experience
- 3+ years of enabling and or supporting a consumer sales channel
- Familiarity or experience with TELUS consumer products and solutions is an asset
