
Senior Strategy Manager-Revenue Operations Finance

- Analyze results and contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition, pinpoint monthly risks and opportunities, and identify potential variances to forecast
- Provide insightful revenue forecasting buildups to help drive profitable growth and expansion, and to ensure alignment with the overall corporate priorities\
- Partner with primes and key stakeholders to prepare executive level summary reports and presentations to support decision making
- Ability to develop, review, and recommend complex/high risk transactions
- Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to forecasts and budget processes
- Support ad-hoc financial and operational analysis as required
- Implement best practice financial processes and governance framework, continuous improvements and operational efficiencies within the operational areas of new emerging businesses
- Partner with primes and key stakeholders to ensure efficient systems process integration, operational improvements and cost efficiencies, including alignment of processes across the Business Unit
- Valued for your 5+ years of relevant experience in a finance/accounting position in a large, complex and dynamic organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Recognized for your extensive knowledge in accounting principles and practices
- Respected as a strong collaborative team player with ability to build strong relationships in a cross-functional team environment
- Known as a self-starter who is willing to “roll up your sleeves”, step outside your sandbox when required, and operate nimbly to drive execution/to meet deliverables
- Able to apply innovative and creative ideas and solutions to complex issues, along with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action
- Able to manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in a dynamic, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to scope out difficult tasks, set objectives and goals, develop schedules, prioritize multiple activities and anticipate roadblocks
- Proven track record with the creation and assessment of complex financial reports
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Software as a Service or Technology industry background considered an asset
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Google workspace
- Exceptional in-depth Microsoft (MS) Excel and PowerPoint skills
