- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Format and revise legal documents to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the legal services team, including scheduling meetings and ordering catering.
- Coordinate room bookings and set up meeting spaces for team events.
- Assist with planning and logistics for large-scale events, including liaising with external participants.
- Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Utilize SharePoint to organize and maintain departmental files and records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
- Maintain a meticulous and organized workspace in alignment with business casual standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for file management and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
