*The position is remote if located in Ottawa or New Brunswick.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain standard and interactive (drill-down) reports, dashboards, and alerts to support business decision-making.
- Analyze donor segmentation, engagement, campaign performance, and fundraising metrics; identify trends related to attrition, donations, and mission impact.
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies to enable personalized supporter journeys and targeted campaigns.
- Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to support cross-platform analysis and reporting.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve data quality by developing processes, resolving errors, and identifying anomalies.
- Collaborate with governance teams to ensure data collection, management, and reporting align with organizational standards and strategy.
- Prepare complex contact lists and campaign files for communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data standards.
- Maintain expertise in data models, reporting tools, and systems; provide user support and guidance on reporting and data practices.
- Partner with management and stakeholders to prioritize reporting needs and support information management initiatives and ad hoc requests.
- Education in Mathematics, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience, training and education.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Experience in data reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in analytical tools such as SPSS or SAS.
- Strong skills in data modelling, identity reconciliation, duplicate management, and segmentation.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Tableau CRM, Einstein Discovery, Marketing Cloud) are an asset.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A clear Criminal Background Check is required.
- Hybrid work model, with 2 days in-office per week and 3 days remote. Occasional requirement to work outside of regular office hours.
- Work under pressure of tight deadlines, balancing high volume workload, and with multiple demands and changing priorities.
