- Lead, develop, and sustain a high-performing, geographically dispersed organization of sales managers and professionals.
- Define and execute a multi-year Modernization sales strategy focused on growth, pricing discipline, and customer value.
- Foster a high‑performance, accountable, and customer‑centric sales culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle including pipeline management, forecasting, proposal, and sales process execution.
- Ensure quota alignment, performance management, and adherence to the defined sales governance processes.
- Drive disciplined pricing, margin expansion, and profit assurance.
- Partner with Sales Operations on analytics, reporting, and incentive programs.
- Lead customer retention efforts and drive achievement of world‑class Net Promoter Scores.
- Strengthen the relationships with Otis key customers, vendors, and consultants.
- Promote value‑based selling and modern, customer‑first engagement practices.
- Own modernization revenue growth, portfolio health, and segment share expansion.
- Analyze market and competitive trends to identify and execute targeted growth initiatives.
- Support solutioning, scope development, and lifecycle value optimization.
- Partner with Operating Area Sales Managers, Executives, and Field Operations leadership teams to align Modernization strategy and execution.
- Support regional teams on training initiatives, product launches, and sales enablement programs
- Provide market insights to influence product and service development.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of elevator industry experience, including modernization sales leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and develop dispersed teams and people leaders.
- Strong customer relationship and Net Promoter Score improvement track record.
- Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, and margin control.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of technical modernization solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable in a technical environment.
- Strong computer and technology proficiency (Microsoft‑based tools).
- This role is flexible to remote location within the US or Canada.
- Travel required up to 30–50%
