- Develop and execute integrated strategies for sales, advisory, and marketing initiatives designed to boost member engagement, drive insurance sales, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Lead and mentor a team of more than 18 advisors and manage two Directors, fostering operational excellence and a culture of compliance, consistency, and outstanding service.
- Actively participate in key sales conversations, coaching teams, collaborating cross-functionally with product, service, and education teams, and shaping the organization’s narrative and overall member experience.
- Champion alignment between marketing, sales, and advisory support to advance business development, member acquisition, and retention goals.
- Active LLQP life insurance licence is required.
- Minimum 10 years of people leadership in a sales environment, with direct experience coaching sales managers and advisors.
- In-depth expertise in financial services, specifically in insurance and advanced retirement planning.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development within complex advisory organizations.
- Skilled in using technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and modern sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communication and feedback delivery skills.
- Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related discipline.
- Strong operational discipline and deep understanding of compliance standards.
- High accountability for KPIs and team performance.
- Must reside in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) or be able to commute for required in-office days.
- Base salary of $130,000 plus a 13% annual bonus.
