The Opportunity:ML6 is partnering with a rapidly growing HVAC company specializing in commercial preventative maintenance agreements across Western Canada and the US. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join their team in Calgary. This is a confidential search for a pivotal role that will directly report to the owner of the company. The ideal candidate will have the ability to guide and mentor small to medium sized sales teams, while maintaining hands on business development responsibilities.What You'll Do:Lead and mentor a team of business development representativesDrive sales performance across the companies operating locations.Develop personal business by actively "door knocking" on businesses to sell maintenance agreements for HVAC systems.Partner with team members in various locations including Canada and the USAssist in strategic business development for the region.Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.What You Will Need To Be Successful:Proven experience in business development or sales within the HVAC, mechanical, or related industryDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountabilityStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingResults-oriented with a focus on revenue growthAbility to travel to both Canada and the USCompensation Expectation: $110,000/annually
