This permanent, full-time role will have up to 10 direct reports and is primarily office based with some travel requirements.   • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably at a leadership level and on a national and/or global scale.
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and risk assessment for high-value agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement systems such as ERP and CRM, with a focus on technology-driven process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with experience in talent development and succession planning.
  • Exceptional business strategy and process improvement skills, with a track record of driving operational efficiencies.
  • Experience with purchasing in industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial, with large distribution environments is preferred.
