- Manage the day-to-day execution of airport infrastructure projects, from design through to construction and close-out
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across multiple design phases-conceptual, functional, and detailed design
- Prepare and manage project work plans, schedules, budgets, and scope, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, and internal teams
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Support proposal development, including technical writing, fee estimation, and resource planning
- Lead or support stakeholder and regulatory engagement, including presentations and public consultation
- Support risk management and change control procedures throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in internal and external meetings to drive project progress and resolve technical or logistical issues
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil preferred) from an accredited institution
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in a Canadian province or eligibility to obtain
- 6-10 years of engineering experience in Canada, with a minimum of 3+ years in a project management capacity
- Proven experience working on airport infrastructure projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and site development
- Working knowledge of TP312 5th Edition, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and international standards (e.g., ICAO, FAA)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and teams
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required
