This role oversees daily operations to ensure service level agreements are met and quality standards are upheld.Reporting directly to the Director, Nexus, Debt Services, the Associate Director plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and team success.
  • Lead daily operations to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner.
  • Perform reviews on setups and credit agreements, or any other deliverables, for the operations team.
  • Lead client relationships and be a point of escalation.
  • Fulfil or review ad hoc client requests.
  • Participate in new service development and support new service rollouts.
  • Participate in and manage projects to enhance the overall service offering.
  • Support client escalations from the operations team and navigate to a resolution.
  • Involve in communications with external parties, support current clients on regular calls and represent our brand.

  • Demonstrable experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in private credit.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of loan operations, documentation, and accounting practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in a supervisory role.
  • Working level of internal and external presentation skills.
