To learn more, visit us at .#LI-HybridJob DescriptionReporting to the Associate Director, Debt Services and working as part of a team in Halifax, this role involves taking ownership of a for a suite of client loan portfolios and acting as the first point of contact for those clients. Key responsibilities include the following:
  • Daily portfolio maintenance through processing lifecycle events and restructurings
  • Review and set up of new securities or deals including any relevant attributes
  • Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide reporting and support the client operations team during the valuation cycle
  • Position substantiation on a periodic basis for each portfolio
  • Provide support to Team and Department management by participation in projects and resolving ad-hoc queries
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Demonstrable experience in fund operations, loan operations, fund accounting or accounting
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with private loans
