Reporting directly to the Owners/Partners, the Manager will take ownership of:
- Preparing and reviewing personal, corporate, and trust tax returns
- Preparing and reviewing compilation engagements
- Supporting the preparation and completion of audit and review engagements (prior experience required)
- Building strong, face-to-face client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Managing key client files and working closely with Partners on deliverables and planning
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the firm through high-quality client service
- Supporting long-term succession planning initiatives, with potential progression toward partnership
- CPA designation in good standing (required)
- Solid tax and public practice accounting experience across a range of engagements
- Experience with compilations and exposure to audit and review engagements
- Strong communication skills and a strong commitment to client service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, partner-led environment
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior leadership
