- Build the new: Recruit and train 3 to 5 account executives / net new sales reps.
- Drive Accountability: Run the sales department with clarity and discipline using our established EOS meeting rhythms (Level 10s).

- Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 CAD.
- Target Quarterly OTE: $200,000 CAD + (Uncapped)
