- Mastermind the Membership Shift: You will be pivotal in the brand’s transition to a membership-first model, designing the strategies that drive brand loyalty and maximize LTV.
- Optimize the Growth Engine: You will architect a diversified multi-channel strategy, spanning search, social, and performance media, to lower CAC while scaling high-conversion lead volume.
- Empower Local Success: You will define and deploy the "Winning Recipe" playbook for our Franchise Partners, integrating traditional tactics like lawn signs and community engagement with digital excellence.
- Drive Omnichannel Excellence: You will oversee a cohesive content and brand strategy across all digital touchpoints (web, email, social), ensuring a premium, unified experience that converts.
- Lead with Accountability: You will manage the marketing team and vendor relationships, utilizing data-driven insights to manage budgets and ensure every dollar spent builds our competitive advantage.
- Franchise Growth Support: Spend time "in the weeds" with Franchise Partners. You’ll analyze their local markets and inspire them to invest in the right mix of digital ads, door-knocking, and local branding.
- Full Funnel Performance Focus: You’ll manage a multi-channel strategy (Search, Social, SEO, Local Area Marketing) focused on one thing: getting qualified prospects into our ecosystem at an efficient cost.
- LTV and Memberships: Work with the Sales and Product teams to define how we position "Memberships." You’ll create the content and value proposition that explains why a customer should stay with us year-round.
- Digital-First Transformation: Shift the brand to a seamless online booking journey, ensuring our web presence is a high-converting machine that reduces friction for the customer.
- Team & Agency Leadership: Lead a high-speed team of internal specialists and external agencies and partners. You set the pace, hold the bar for "exceptional," and cut anything that isn't moving the needle on CAC or LTV.
- Content and Storytelling: Bring our brand, our people and our Franchise Partners to life through compelling content to help build brand awareness, and attract and acquire more customers and members.
- Proven Transformation Experience: 7+ years of marketing leadership with a history of driving recurring revenue or membership-based growth.
- Performance Marketing Mastery: Deep expertise in managing multi-channel acquisition budgets and optimizing the funnel to reduce CAC.
- Franchise/Multi-Unit Acumen: Experience working within a decentralized B2B2C network or franchise system is a significant asset.
- Strategic Leadership: The ability to move seamlessly between long-term brand building and immediate tactical execution.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A desire to work in an environment of accelerated growth where you are expected to take ownership and drive change.
