  • Assists in the collection of bioacoustic and behavioral data.
  • Assists with the analysis and visualization of data.
  • Assists with integrating new analysis pipelines into workflow.
  • Assists with lab work (including animal husbandry).
  • Assists with histological procedures, if necessary.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
  • Expertise in coding in Matlab, Python or other computational languages as well as with neural networks, machine learning, Markov models and other computational approaches to biology are important.
  • Familiar with analysis and data visualization.
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree.
