- Assists in the collection of bioacoustic and behavioral data.
- Assists with the analysis and visualization of data.
- Assists with integrating new analysis pipelines into workflow.
- Assists with lab work (including animal husbandry).
- Assists with histological procedures, if necessary.

- Expertise in coding in Matlab, Python or other computational languages as well as with neural networks, machine learning, Markov models and other computational approaches to biology are important.
- Familiar with analysis and data visualization.
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree.
