Our team prides itself on fostering a professional, welcoming environment where guests feel valued and employees are supported to succeed.ResponsibilitiesSupervise front desk operations and assist team members with daily tasksGreet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures professionallyHandle room reservations and process payments accuratelyMonitor staff schedules, provide guidance, and support team performanceTrain new front desk staff and provide ongoing coachingAddress guest complaints and resolve issues efficientlyEnsure compliance with hotel policies and standardsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfactionMaintain organized records and reports related to front desk operationsRequirementsPrevious front desk or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work full-time shifts including weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindsetBasic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking/reservation systemsProficiency in Persian, Portuguese, or Spanish is an assetQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPost-secondary or hospitality training is an assetWhat We OfferFlexible schedulingFriendly, supportive team environmentTraining and growth opportunities
