What this role involves:
  • Participate in cheese production according to received instructions and established standards;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment;
  • Proceed with packaging and molding of the product;
  • Prepare and sanitize equipment according to received directives;
  • Ensure that manufactured and packaged products meet company standards;
  • Perform washing, sanitizing, and preventive maintenance of equipment according to established standards;
  • Work closely with cheesemaker assistants and cheesemakers.
What you need to join our team:
  • Availability to work all shifts (day, evening, and night);
  • Team spirit, analytical skills, resourcefulness, and manual skills;
  • Experience in an industrial environment (an asset).
