Become part of Agropur’s success by pursuing your career as an Order and Shipping Clerk.At Agropur, we invest in YOU:Starting wage of $24.52/hourFull-time position (day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday)Employee Assistance ProgramWhat this role involves:Make corrections as needed after verifying delivery notices and pick-up slips from clients and distribution agentsProcess returns and issue credits to customersJustify shortages in the Oracle systemEnter shipping clerks’ route sheetsPrepare documents for product shipmentsInvoice cheese and recovered cardboard boxesKeep the trailer loading schedule up to dateManage office supplies and stationery inventoryPrepare purchase orders and/or requisitions for invoice paymentsProcess pending documentsComplete the daily milk production sheetFile and distribute various documents such as pick-up slips, transport requisitions, etc.Perform other related tasksWhat you need to join our team:Availability to work day and evening shiftsCollege diploma in administration or equivalent trainingComfortable working with computersStrong knowledge of Oracle and ExcelAttention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and initiativeAbility to work under pressure, integrity, good judgment, and interpersonal skillsEligibility to work in CanadaWe dairy you!
