Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a leading manufacturer of premium safety workwear is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to expand sales and brand presence across a designated region. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with distributors, engaging directly with industrial end users, and driving market awareness and product adoption. Expected year one OTE is $120,000+.Location: Hybrid work-from-home and onsite customer visits. Candidates must live in or close to the Montreal territory.What's in it for you?

Primary ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Management
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key distributor accounts.
  • Support partners through joint customer visits, product education sessions, and regional promotions.
  • Track and enhance product sell-through performance across accounts.
Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Achieve or exceed established sales goals for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via both direct outreach and distribution networks.
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide timely and accurate forecasts.
Customer Engagement
  • Conduct onsite visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to industrial clients.
  • Act as a technical resource to support customer adoption and product integration.
Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor territory activity, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Deliver timely feedback on customer needs and competitive insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience; background in PPE, workwear, or industrial supplies is an asset.
  • Proven success working with distributor networks or channel sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, bilingual communication (French & English), and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a dynamic territory independently.
  • Valid driver's license with availability for regular regional travel.
  • Familiarity with FR/AR safety standards (e.g., CSA Z462, NFPA 70E) is a plus.
