- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key distributor accounts.
- Support partners through joint customer visits, product education sessions, and regional promotions.
- Track and enhance product sell-through performance across accounts.
- Achieve or exceed established sales goals for the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities via both direct outreach and distribution networks.
- Manage sales pipeline and provide timely and accurate forecasts.
- Conduct onsite visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to industrial clients.
- Act as a technical resource to support customer adoption and product integration.
- Monitor territory activity, trends, and performance metrics.
- Deliver timely feedback on customer needs and competitive insights to internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience; background in PPE, workwear, or industrial supplies is an asset.
- Proven success working with distributor networks or channel sales.
- Strong interpersonal, bilingual communication (French & English), and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a dynamic territory independently.
- Valid driver's license with availability for regular regional travel.
- Familiarity with FR/AR safety standards (e.g., CSA Z462, NFPA 70E) is a plus.
