We are looking for people like you, daring, ingenious and never content with the status quo because our patients and customers across the globe are counting on us.You will have the opportunity to join a Human Resources team consisting of over 25 professionals and play a strategic role as a HRBP for the largest pharmaceutical employer in Quebec.Reporting to the HRBP Manager, through your expertise and understanding of business realities, you will be responsible for advising and supporting managers in all HR aspects, i.e. labor relations, attracting and retaining talents, succession planning, & employee development.Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on all issues impacting their client group
  • Provide guidance and direction to managers and leaders at all levels (from supervisor to vice-president) ) on all questions related to labour relations, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, engagement and compensation, talent management, change management and employee relations
  • Ensure that HR initiatives, policies and programs support organizational needs
  • Contribute to the implementation and review of organizational structures
  • Act as change agent to maintain an inclusive and harmonious environment culture, empowering employees, improving continuous education
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing, clearly and precisely, in French and English, due to interactions with external partners located outside of province
  • Managed large-scale labour relations files such as investigations, team turnaround and work climate, conflict management, drafting of disciplinary measures, representation in court
  • Ability to manage situations in a professional manner, tactfully and diplomatically
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with clients at all decisional levels in the organization
  • Ability to prioritize and take decisions with minimum supervision
  • Ability for teamwork and collaboration with HR team members
  • At ease in a changing environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agility while staying focused on the orientations
  • Recognized competency for problem solving and influencing others
