- Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on all issues impacting their client group
- Provide guidance and direction to managers and leaders at all levels (from supervisor to vice-president) ) on all questions related to labour relations, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, engagement and compensation, talent management, change management and employee relations
- Ensure that HR initiatives, policies and programs support organizational needs
- Contribute to the implementation and review of organizational structures
- Act as change agent to maintain an inclusive and harmonious environment culture, empowering employees, improving continuous education
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing, clearly and precisely, in French and English, due to interactions with external partners located outside of province
- Managed large-scale labour relations files such as investigations, team turnaround and work climate, conflict management, drafting of disciplinary measures, representation in court
- Ability to manage situations in a professional manner, tactfully and diplomatically
- Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with clients at all decisional levels in the organization
- Ability to prioritize and take decisions with minimum supervision
- Ability for teamwork and collaboration with HR team members
