- Assist the HR Director with workforce planning, organizational changes, and various HR initiatives such as performance management, policies, and talent development programs.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding human resources matters.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new project employees and coordinate new hires and departures in collaboration with administrative support.
- Ensure that employee records are kept up to date in the project’s HR database.
- Participate in the implementation or optimization of HR tools and systems.
- Prepare HR dashboards and presentations on performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of internal policies in compliance with labor laws and project requirements.
- Support HR management in managing labor relations issues and in the application of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources. Experience working on a large-scale project is a definite plus.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience with HR systems (ADP, Concur, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Diligence, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude aligned with the project’s values.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Discretion and professionalism.
- Hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days per week at the project office).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written).
