If yes, this could be your next opportunity!Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Learning & Development Project Manager who will drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats, including but not limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed learner pathways, and workshops. This candidate will develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long term.Responsibilities:
  • Support the vendor selection, engagement and onboarding process when third-party learning solutions are within scope
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Build relationships and maintain regular communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report on project progress with project teams and business stakeholders at different levels
  • In partnership with L&D CoEs and business partners, support the development of a delivery strategy, change & launch communications plan, and maintenance plan
  • Ensure tight governance control and actively manage/resolve risks and issues
  • Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Stay current with emerging trends in project management, inclusive of Agile and hybrid project practices and principles
  • Be an active member of the broader project management community by sharing subject matter expertise and learning to advance professional growth
Desired Skill Set:
  • 7 years of experience in Project Management
  • 7 years of strong exposure to large/complex projects
  • Hands-on experience with advanced MS Project and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
Nice To Have:
