About Us: We're three women in our late 20s living in a downtown Toronto condo who love staying active and eating well - but between work and the gym, finding time to cook nutritious meals during the week just isn't happening. We're looking for a talented personal chef to come to our home once a week and set us up for the whole week ahead. What We're Looking For We need someone who can help us design a weekly menu that aligns with our fitness and health goals, then come in and make it happen. We're open to all cuisines - we love variety and trying new things - as long as the food is fresh, balanced, and supports an active lifestyle (think high protein, whole ingredients, balanced macros). Responsibilities • Collaborate with us to create a weekly rotating menu tailored to our dietary and fitness goals • Grocery shop ahead of time (or provide a detailed list for us to order before time) • Come to our condo once per week to prep and cook meals for 3 people • Prepare a variety of meals to cover lunches and dinners for the week • Portion, label, and store all meals properly • Leave the kitchen clean when done Ideal Candidate • Experienced chef with a strong focus on healthy, nutritious cooking • Knowledgeable about macro-balanced meals, high-protein cooking, and fitness nutrition • Reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with • Experienced cooking for small households • Comfortable working in a condo kitchen The Details • Location: Downtown Toronto (condo) • Frequency: Once per week (ongoing) • Cooking for: 3 people • Hours per visit: Approx. 3-5 hours • Groceries: Negotiable (reimbursed if shopping is included) • Start date: ASAP Compensation Please include your rate and any relevant experience or references when reaching out.
