We are a busy family of four in the Bayview and Eglinton area of Toronto looking for an experienced meal prep chef to join our household on a part-time basis, twice per week. The role involves preparing a mix of adult and family-friendly meals that can be stored and reheated throughout the week. For the adults, the focus is on high-protein, clean eating with an emphasis on lean proteins, vegetables, and balanced macros. For the kids (ages 4 and 6), we need simple, wholesome meals they will actually eat. Groceries will be provided in advance, so no shopping is required. Each visit should include full meal preparation, portioning and storage, and complete kitchen cleanup, including dishes, pots and pans, and leaving the kitchen tidy before leaving. In addition to cooking duties, we are looking for help with laundry folding and, where needed, ironing. We are looking for someone who is organized, self-sufficient, and able to work with minimal direction once they understand our preferences. Relevant experience working in private households or with families is preferred.
