The results are measured by charging and paying the correct rates, to the right customers and carriers, and proper management of the SafeTrucker Program and Hauler Orientation paperwork and requirements - ensuring all proper documentation is in place, and proper review/investigation of adherence to the Safe Trucker Program.The Freight Coordinator will also offer relief for CSLM and the Fill Site Coordinator positions when required.Responsibilities.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHAccurate setup of APEX, and SAP Transportation Module. Definitions)Root cause analysis and timely resolution of freight transaction errors.Organizing and maintaining hauler files.Reports:- Freight Errors - Ticket Inquiry Report cross referenced with Deliver- TMS Reporting - Cycle times, Load & On Site times- Hauler Earnings (as requested by Sales or CSLM)- Truck Turnaround Times / Delivery Cycle Times (as requested by Sales or CSLM)Administration and management of the Safe Trucker Program.TMS platform super user. Responsible for onboarding haulers, monitoring daily utilization, and reportingScheduling of Scale & Dispatch personnel.Assist with hiring. Resume screening, phone & in-person interviews.Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Education: Post-secondary diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: Work experience in logistics or sales support. Experience in a dispatch environment considered an assetAdditional Requirements:Self-motivated, strong team player.Proficiency with computer applications. (Microsoft, Google business suite)Leadership, interpersonal and strong communication skills make you an ideal candidate.Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Proven problem solving and analytical skills in a high paced environment.Aggregate logistics and production knowledge is helpful, but not requiredSuccessful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
