Location: Ajax, ON
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour + 4% vacation pay (paid weekly)Responsibilities
- Supervise and support contingent associates on shift
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and shift performance
- Coordinate daily staffing needs and shift start-ups
- Address associate concerns and support employee relations
- Ensure compliance with safety and workplace policies
- Maintain communication with the client regarding staffing and operational needs
- Previous experience in staffing an asset, workforce coordination, or team supervision preferred
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- $26.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
- Weekly pay
- Hands-on experience managing workforce operations at a client site
