- Proficiency in MS Project and scheduling expertise
- Familiarity with PMIS and ADO
- Understanding of PSPC and ESDC Task Authorization Processes
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Assist project management and data processing professionals, technical users, and end users in project coordination and synchronization tasks
- Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to a project team
- Create and maintain project documentation, governance artefacts, including presentations, and application/system libraries
- Act as the first or single point of contact in a "hot-line" situation by handling incoming calls and resolving simple problems
- Track project progress, update and maintain detailed project schedule in PMIS, and manage risks and issues
- Communicate with project management and data processing professionals on administrative matters related to the project
