Key Responsibilities: Controllership
  • Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with precision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and full GAAP compliance
  • Own the integrity of financial reporting: manage the general ledger, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
  • Strengthen the financial backbone by maintaining and continuously enhancing robust internal controls
  • Champion compliance with local regulations and direct statutory filings, including accurate local GAAP financial conversions
  • Partner across borders to support external audits and coordinate tax compliance with both local experts and global teams
Strategic Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Project Directors, VP, Sales, and Operations teams to align financial strategies with business goal
  • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to guide decision-making and future-proof performance
  • Deliver impactful financial insights through advanced dashboards and presentations—highlighting key metrics, variances, and areas requiring leadership focus
  • Own the project reporting cycle, maintaining up-to-date budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analyses
  • Evaluate project performance in partnership with project owners—flagging risks, managing overruns, and proposing corrective actions
  • Resolve ERP data issues, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and system integrity
  • Contribute to Bid Management by supporting bid preparation, reviews, and approval processes
Leadership & Vision
  • Champion continuous enhancement of financial processes, systems, and reporting to boost accuracy, efficiency, and agility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, and Shared Services to align operational execution with overarching corporate strategies and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Recognized CPA accounting designation
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, external reporting, or audit
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team in Finance
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Power BI considered a valuable asset.
