
Systems Engineering Analyst

- Demonstrate leadership in programs requiring technical coordination across multiple disciplines
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support/prepare documentation for compliance and other technical deliverables
- Review and edit technical documentation and proposals
- Manage requirements and the traceability to results
- Work to ensure intellectual property is protected
- Generate and execute test plans
- Work closely with customers to define requirements and support trade-off discussions
- Support Jurisdiction and Classification of technical hardware and data
- Other job responsibilities as required.

- Training in Configuration Management systems and/or Requirements Management an asset

- Analytical and reasoning; decision making with business acumen
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property an asset
- Knowledge of the Controlled Goods Program and/or Jurisdiction and Classification an asset
- Knowledge of optical systems an asset
- Knowledge of MIL-STD and ISO specifications an asset
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other appropriate technical education or experience equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working experience in the defense industry or in an optics related field is an asset.
