- Assemble products according to provided specifications
- Utilize calibrated equipment as part of the manufacturing process
- Follow work flow instructions from Supervision/Group Leads
- Use good visual acuity to identify imperfections in parts or assemblies
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform basic data entry and computer work

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using technology
- Ability to understand technical issues and make sound decisions
- Comfortable working with the metric system
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Self-motivated with a consistently positive attitude
- Capable of working day or afternoon shifts and remaining seated or standing for extended periods
