You will provide clinical expertise, mentor staff, champion quality improvement, and ensure compliance.
You'll oversee resident admissions, MDS/RAI assessments, and staff development.
Your leadership will shape our assisted living program, aligning with Fraser Health expectations.
You'll also collaborate closely with the Resident Services Manager, stepping in as needed.
Qualifications:
Current BCCNM RN registration (BSN preferred).
Significant experience in senior care.
Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
