The Opportunity:Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our call center. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be a vital member of our team, ensuring every caller feels heard and cared for.Key tasks include:
  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Convert incoming calls into scheduled service appointments
  • Make follow-up calls after recent service visits
  • Make outbound calls to membership customers to book annual services
  • Prioritize and coordinate service schedules
  • Keep customer database up-to-date with accurate information
  • Handle other admin tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Open availability. Our CSRs work rotating shifts.
  • Great communicator with the ability to connect and build positive relationships with customers and your team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Customer service focused.
