- The rate of pay will be $18 - $21/hr, depending on experience
- This is a full-time, temporary position
- Monday – Friday, day-time hours
- Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them appropriately
- Managing inbound customer inquiries (in person, phone, or email), answering any questions, and providing timely and accurate information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and other communal office spaces
- Filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Preparing and editing documents and spreadsheets
- Assisting in scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing calendars for designated staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- 2+ years of previous customer service / administrative experience
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- An outgoing and positive demeanor would best fit our client’s culture
- Critically important to have a high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring effective communication with team members, clients, and visitors
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
- A team player who is self-motivated
- Business Administration or other relevant schooling
