We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, improve workflow efficiency, and assist with coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced service-based business.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate schedules, bookings, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized digital files, records, and reports
  • Support order tracking and follow-ups from inquiry to completion
  • Update spreadsheets and basic operational documentation
  • Assist with customer communication and internal task coordination
  • Support onboarding and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in operations, admin support, or virtual assistance is a plus
