
Warranty Team Lead – Manufactured Products

- Lead, mentor, and support the warranty team responsible for adjudicating, processing, and crediting warranty claims submitted by Dealers.
- Audit adjudicated claims to evaluate accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policy; use findings to coach team members and align processes.
- Review and resolve escalated, complex, or high-value claims, providing fair and policy-based decisions.
- Keep warranty guidelines, documentation, SOPs, and training resources current to ensure consistent practices.
- Identify and recommend improvements to warranty adjudication processes, policies, and tools that enhance Dealer experience and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Finance, Dealer Development, Customer Support, and Product Support teams to resolve product concerns and improve warranty practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on warranty team performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage goodwill and special allowance requests, ensuring proper review, adjudication, and reporting.
- Provide Dealers with training, guidance, and interpretation of warranty policies to improve claim submission accuracy.
- Step in to support adjudication during high-volume periods to help maintain service levels.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and professional team environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make fact-based, practical decisions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly interpret and explain warranty policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred; other technical fields (Agricultural Sciences, Business with technical experience, or related disciplines) will also be considered.
- Relevant experience in warranty adjudication, quality assurance, product support, or dealer service functions.
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment, construction machinery, trailers, or rail/municipal trucks is considered an asset.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to coach and develop team members
