This strategic role within the HR Analytics group aims to maximize the value of HR data by supporting business partners and decision-makers in their considerations, while guiding the organization toward a data-driven decision-making culture.You will actively contribute to developing the HR data strategy, perform advanced analyses to support decision-making, and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.YOUR ROLELead/contribute to the execution of HR analytics projects, including understanding needs, governance, integration, and the evolution of HR analytics initiatives.Develop, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives, while anticipating future talent and workforce challenges.Design and deploy analytical solutions (dashboards, reports, analyses) to support proactive talent management and overall strategic planning.Contribute to the operational efficiency of the HR analytics function by ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, and promoting a fact-based decision-making culture.Advise on transforming HR data processes and optimization strategies, translating market trends and benchmarking analyses into concrete recommendations.Guide and collaborate with colleagues to share analytics best practices and support the development of analytics skills within the HR team.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDUniversity degree in an analytical, scientific, or management field, or an equivalent combination of diversified experience in leadership roles.More than seven years of experience in analytics, ideally within large and complex organizations.Advanced proficiency in statistical methods, business intelligence, predictive analytics, and cutting-edge technology tools (R, Python, Power BI, etc.).Developed ability to simplify complex analyses, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure confidentiality and ethics in handling sensitive data.Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
