We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of ICI projects, including light industrial, fire halls, sports facilities, and community infrastructure.Responsibilities
- Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contract delivery
- Coordinate consultants, trades, and site teams
- Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- 7+ years of experience in ICI or similar sectors
- Proven ability to deliver projects $3M–$15M
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Background in construction management or related field
