- Respond to incoming requests (telephone, e-mail) in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage quotations, follow-ups and sales reminders.
- Keep customer information up to date in CRM (HubSpot).
- Advise customers on our products and propose solutions adapted to their needs.
- Contribute to the brand's visibility in the events network.
- Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure the feasibility of orders.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in B2B sales or customer service.
- Comfortable with technological tools (CRM, e-mail, ERP system).
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Taste for design and aesthetics, and a sense of priorities.
- Knowledge of the event industry, ideally in rental, catering, decoration or floral.
