- Develop, manage, and optimize regional and community-specific web content and webpages
- Oversee, analyze, and optimize digital paid campaigns
- Support ad hoc email campaign development and oversee marketing automation programs, including database management, audience segmentation, program setup and performance analysis
- Optimize web, email and campaign performance through A/B testing, landing page development, and content personalization, implementing SEO recommendations and digital best practices
- Deliver and/or analyze digital performance data and reporting to provide recommendations to apply to current and future activities (including email, website, campaign, and lead/traffic)
- Manage web listings
- Lead digital briefing documents, project plans, proposals, and presentations
- Provide input on content and creative to team, and to creative partners
- Maintain detailed knowledge of CASL and AODA guidelines and digital best practices
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management
- A relevant post-secondary education
- A minimum of two to four years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Proficient with content management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS, and other web development tools
- Email marketing and marketing automation experience; familiarity with Adobe Marketo and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an asset
- Demonstrable experience overseeing paid media campaigns
- Background in performance reporting and analysis, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Solid knowledge of analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Canva
- Strong ability to prioritize and balance concurrent projects
- Highly collaborative
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
