- 5 days/week in-office during the training period
- Post-training: Outside sales role — when not in the office, you are meeting clients in the field
- Candidates must be located within commutable distance to Hamilton: Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville (furthest east), Kitchener, Cambridge, Brantford, or Niagara region.

- Proven sales experience (non-industry) or newly licensed professional (LLQP, 1–2 years): $50,000–$70,000, leading to unlimited earning potential
- Emerging professional with some industry experience (LLQP, 3–5 years): $70,000–$100,000, leading to unlimited earning potential
- Seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge (LLQP, 5+ years): $110,000+, unlimited earning potential

- Experience in the employee benefits space is strongly preferred (group benefits, retirement savings, benefits administration, or related B2B sales)
- No license is required to start — the LLQP (life license) is not a prerequisite; the company will support you in obtaining it within 6–9 months of your start date
- Strong hunters with a passion for the insurance/benefits industry and the drive to build a pipeline from the ground up will be considered
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, network, conduct client presentations, and close new business
- Highly structured classroom and online onboarding training
- Job shadowing and joint sales calls
- External courses and certifications (including support for LLQP licensing)
- Off-site carrier training
- Full in-office ramp-up period (5 days/week)
