As a B2B Sales Executive, you will sell commercial property/casualty insurance and risk management services to business owners and C-suite executives across the GTA and surrounding areas. You will be selling primarily to owners, presidents, and VP-level decision-makers at small-to-medium businesses in sectors including construction, manufacturing, food and beverage, technology, not-for-profit, and transportation. This is a pure hunter role -- 100% new business development in Year 1, with account management responsibility growing in Year 2 as your renewal base develops. Approximately 75% of leads will be self-generated through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and self-built target lists; 25% of leads are warm or list-supplied. This is an expansion hire for an established, family-owned commercial insurance brokerage headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario, reporting to the Sales Manager.
