This position offers an exciting opportunity to support government requests, develop banking knowledge, and work in a collaborative environment, with potential for long-term growth.Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $21.83/hrResponsibilities

Process government requests for information efficiently and accurately
Maintain high levels of accuracy and meet SLA deadlines
Manage multiple tasks and databases simultaneously
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support daily operations
Support team initiatives and contribute to process improvements
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Participate in training and ongoing development activities
Escalate high-risk or non-standard activities appropriately
Assist in maintaining compliance with banking policies and code of conduct
Foster a positive team environment and promote operational effectiveness

Desired Skill-Set

2-4 years of relevant experience
Strong initiative and proactive attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with multiple databases and applications
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Supportive team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset
Commitment to long-term employment goals

Nice to Have

Banking or branch experience
Business background and understanding of banking operations
Past experience working in a back-office support role
