This position offers an exciting opportunity to support operational activities within a dynamic banking environment, providing essential back-office processing and customer service.Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr to $24.87/hrResponsibilities

Process estate files, including transactions and liaising with authorized representatives
Support operational functions within the team to ensure business objectives and service standards are met
Handle inbound phone calls with empathy and professionalism, assisting estate representatives and family members
Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and interactions
Collaborate with team members and partners to resolve customer issues effectively
Uphold compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering timely, accurate support
Adapt to procedural updates and process improvements as directed

Desired Skill-Set

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) at a basic level
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent time management skills with experience working under strict deadlines
Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new processes
Compassionate and professional phone etiquette, particularly when dealing with sensitive matters
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Nice to Have

Bilingual in English and French
Prior banking or financial services experience
Background in administrative or operational support roles
Experience working with SLAs and high-volume processing
Collections, estates, accounting, or bookkeeping experience
Previous experience supporting customer service functions
