As a Proposal Coordinator in our Transportation & Infrastructure group, you'll play a key role in shaping submissions that secure transformative projects across Canada.Your Impact
  • Develop proposal outlines and coordinate contributions from multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Facilitate strategy and review meetings, aligning inputs for a cohesive, compelling submission.
  • Craft engaging proposal sections including executive summaries, project descriptions, and CVs.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate visuals that elevate our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposals, wins, and lessons learned through our information management systems.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal development, ideally within engineering consulting or professional services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and SharePoint Online is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A passion for creating persuasive, client-focused content that wins work.
  • Flexibility to work overtime to meet proposal deadlines as required.
  • Strong English language and writing skills - including attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit material, as well as an aptitude for understanding technical terminology.

  • BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $57,500 - $76,200
  • MB & ON: $52,500 - $72,300
  • Atlantic Provinces & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
