- This position is accountable for issue resolution to flow enquires and supporting the successful completion of network production targets within service level agreements.
- Tracking and reporting on the variability in targets from week to week including the composition on specific targets.
- Liaison with Merchandise Flow partners to update and communicate Facility/Network Production and priority changes to established targets.
- Determine impact on outbound Logistics and Store Operations of production variability.
- Manage in house availability vs production targets, including location of merchandise in offsite facilities and timing of recalls to support production.
- Coordinate with all facilities, ensuring network balancing for meeting production targets and liaise with Merch Flow on special requests, analyzing their impact and communicating effectively with facilities.
- Completes weekly analysis target submissions compared to network availability to support network production targets and expectations highlighting risk and opportunities of merchandise flow through network including network balancing.
- Creates, reviews and updates reports to track merchandise flow into and through the Distribution Services network, including dwell time analysis; ensure merchandise flow reporting and analysis is published for DS Network Operations team to access and review.
- General knowledge of all aspects of merchandising, including brand, fashion, quality, and price.
- Ability to be flexible with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with various needs and objectives.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with business partners to meet the organization needs; good consulting, listening, and information gathering skills.
- Able to work independently/ self-leader and as part of a team, including the ability to build close working relationships.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions; ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to the changing work environment to support overall facility and planning department objectives.
- Intermediate computer skills including email, Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to travel between Distribution Services facilities on various shifts (DCs, 3PLs, Home Office) and other domestic/international locations as required.
