- Maintain and update production data and replenishment schedules.
- Act as point of contact for CDMO clients regarding inventory status and production timelines.
- Coordinate the execution of the production plan, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned.
- Coordinate inventory movements to ensure a continuous production flow.
- Coordinate materials staging process with the warehouse team according to the production schedule.
- Lead cycle counts for client-owned components and reconcile discrepancies.
- Review and analyze consumption history to optimize future replenishment levels.
- Coordinate the purchase and receiving of components with the Supply Chain Procurement team
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and automated dashboards.
- Utilize Power BI (or similar tools) to visualize supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and client meetings.
- Track tasks and milestones in a project-based environment to ensure timely release and delivery of products and services.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular status meetings, capture minutes, and hold team members accountable for action items.
- College Diploma or University degree in a related field, including commerce, business administration, supply chain or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of direct work experience in supply chain management roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical, Beverage, Consumer Product or Food Packaging Environment is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting internal manufacturing operations.
- Direct working knowledge of operations, negotiations, inventory control, and sales & operations planning.
- Strong knowledge with SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management systems.
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
- Resiliency and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- APICS/Six Sigma certification would be considered an asset.
